How your baby's growing:
By now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (pick up a large jicama) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, she'll gain a third to half of her birth weight during the next 7 weeks as she fattens up for survival outside the womb. She now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). Her skin is becoming soft and smooth as she plumps up in preparation for birth.
Ive been feeling pretty good, cept for the occasional round ligament pain near my belly button, little girl is fattening up & growing that's for sure! She hiccups every day just like me- you should know dad lol every time im on the phone with you I'm hiccuping it seems. Feeling a little bit of shortness of breath but nothing extreme.
Got the Ultrasound to make sure there is nothing wrong with her heart this Tues 3/29. Like I said before my previous OB who I first started out with would have said something my last doctor visits with her if she thought something was wrong, so this doctor is just checking to be 100% and he's never seen me before so I'm sure he wants to see how shes growing anyways.
I am a little confused as to what you guys are going to do for when Bella is born also, Are you guys going to make two separate trips to see her when I deliver & then again to come pick us up in June or maybe come that weekend right after I deliver? Ohh I forgot to tell you guys there might be cheaper hotels in Whitewater- There are these little bed & breakfast hotels down the road by Toppers, I just found this website & theres tons more lodging in Whitewater that I didnt know about -
